Telling the Time:

Dear Class

It is very important that we can tell the time properly.

We have looked at the clock, telling the difference between "past" and "to" and the 24 hour clock. We now also know the difference between am and pm.

Have a look in the Resources folder to find the Power point about telling the time!
I will also put it on Slideboom with a link that you can access.

Animals

Dear FEP Class

We all love animals of some kind. Some of us like pets and others like wild animals. Remember that you have a quiz about animals next Friday.

Can you name all of these animals?

Here are 2 games that you can play to help you to remember the names of animals:

Descriptions

What are adjectives?

Adjectives describe nouns (I hope that you remember what a noun is...)

Adjectives tell us more about the nouns; they may tell us what colour, size, shape, taste or texture a thing is.

Remember that we have Proper nouns, common nouns and abstract nouns.

Here is the Power point presentation that we used in class to discuss descriptions and adjectives.
